1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Muzica ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Muzica is a music upload and streaming platform that allows users to:

• Upload and store audio files
• Stream music from their personal library
• Subscribe to premium storage plans

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Muzica offers the following storage plans:

• Free: 1 GB storage at no cost
• Plus: 10 GB storage for EUR 3.99/month
• Pro: 50 GB storage for EUR 7.99/month
• Max: 200 GB storage for EUR 14.99/month

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• Your account will revert to the Free plan after the period ends
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on copyrights or intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent storage limits or security measures
• Use the Service for any illegal purposes

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Muzica a limited license to store and deliver your content back to you through the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to uploaded content may be lost.

9. Limitation of Liability

Muzica is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
